1. Who we are

This website is operated by IDenteco Marketing & Communications ("we", "us"), the organiser of EcoForward Cyprus, taking place on 29 November 2026 at St. Raphael Resort, Limassol.

We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. The short version

  • This website does not use cookies.
  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors. We only count visits, using a privacy-friendly tool that sets no cookies.
  • The website itself has no accounts and does not store what you type. Registration, ticket payment, partner or exhibitor applications and the contact form happen on other services (Tally and Stripe), described below.
  • Our fonts and images are served from our own website. Nothing is loaded from Google.

3. What information we handle, and why

a) Visiting the website. Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This is needed to deliver the website securely. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

b) Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build individual profiles. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving it.

c) Contact by email, phone or the contact form. The contact form opens in a window on our website and is run by Tally (tally.so). We receive the details you enter (your name, email address, subject and message), and Tally processes them on our behalf so they can be delivered to us. We use them only to reply to you. If you prefer, you can email or phone us instead. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before a contract (for example becoming an exhibitor or partner).

d) Registration for the event. When you choose a free or full pass, you are taken to a registration form run by Tally (tally.so), or, for the full pass, to a payment page run by Stripe (stripe.com). The information you enter there (for example your name, email address and ticket choice) is collected through those services and is available to us so we can manage attendance, send programme updates and event reminders, and run the event. Our legal basis is performing the registration you asked for, and, for payments, meeting our legal and accounting obligations. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

e) Exhibitor and partner applications. Applications to become an exhibitor or partner are made through Tally forms. We use the information to assess and manage your participation.

f) Speakers, exhibitors and partners shown on the website. We publish the names, job titles, photographs and short biographies of speakers and panellists, and the names and logos of exhibitors and partners, with their agreement and for the purpose of promoting the event. If you appear on the website and want something corrected or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.

4. Cookies

The website does not set cookies and does not store information on your device. Websites you reach through links on our site (for example Tally, Stripe, Instagram, LinkedIn, or our partners' own sites) are run by other organisations and may use cookies under their own policies. The contact form window is provided by Tally and loads only when you open it; Tally may set cookies or similar technology under its own policy.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf or under their own terms:

  • Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the website and visit statistics.
  • Tally — registration, application and contact forms.
  • Stripe — payment for full access passes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

6. How long we keep information

  • Server and analytics data: kept by our providers for the periods in their own policies.
  • Registration and application details: kept for 12 months after the event and then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
  • Payment and accounting records: kept for the period required by Cypriot law.
  • Emails you send us: kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and might be used to send you this event’s updates and future events if you chose so while registering.

7. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted, in certain cases;
  • restrict or object to our use of your data, in certain cases;
  • receive your data in a portable format, where it applies;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data-protection authority in your own country.

8. Children

The event has a small kids zone, but this website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them through it. Parents or guardians register on their behalf.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if the website or the services we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
