About
Melina Moleskis applies behavioural science in training people and teams to reach better decisions. She works with the Cyprus Institute on bringing behavioural insights into environmental policy, serves on the board of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists, and writes for Forbes and The Decision Lab. Before any of that, she played basketball for Cyprus's national youth team, and later trained in applied intelligence with professionals from the intelligence community. She has studied decisions made at both speeds: quick calls on court, and the slower judgement of the analyst. Both speeds matter when the goal is changing behaviour, in sustainability or anywhere else.
